CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is possible to change or cancel your order, however we will need to be notified as soon as possible, as we aim to process your order within 72 hours of payment (during business days). Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any necessary modifications or cancellations here.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check updates on its progress. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for more than one parcel. Tracking number for orders will be provided upon dispatch which can take up to two weeks.

WILL ALL PARTS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, Motoverse only ships to Australian postal addresses.

I JUST GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING IS DAMAGED/FAULTY/WRONG. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our customer support at Motoverse immediately if there is an issue with your order. Our customer support can be reached here. You will need to provide us with a copy of your tax invoice, for an exchange or possible refund.
